I am a coach, facilitator and parent of three neurodivergent adolescents. I’m known for my warmth, curiosity, passion and empathy. As a coach, I work with adults and university/ students.
I also work with businesses such as Grace Papers and The Separation Guide helping their clients navigate more inclusive workplace.
Do you ever feel like you need someone in your corner? ADHD coaching helps you build personalised strategies that amplify your strengths and navigate challenges with confidence. Through coaching, you’ll build self-awareness, cultivate self-compassion, and gain the confidence needed to overcome limiting beliefs and achieve your goals.
Motivated by my experience as a parent of three neurodivergent children, I combined my professional skills and passion to advocate for the needs of the neurodivergent community into a coaching career. My compassionate coaching approach, is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and a neuro-affirming perspective to empower you to embrace your unique strengths and thrive.
I am the co-host of a podcast The Village (formally The Village Lantern) about supporting neurodivergent families.
I have a BA Hons University of Melbourne, Diploma of Governance, CertIV Training and Assessment, UBC Award of Achievement in Intercultural Communication and ADHD coach certified by ADDCA.
Please reach us at neuroinclusivecoach@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I am an ICF internationally credentialed coach, ACC, and an accredited ADHD coach with ADD Coaching Academy. This means I did over 110 hours of ADHD specific education as well as mentor coaching, a performance assessment and exam. I have a background in leadership training and facilitation across non profit, corporate and education sectors, which compliments my work as an ADHD coach.
My individual sessions are run online, and group sessions are both online and face-to-face

The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others prefer fortnightly.
I coach people over 18 years of age. If you're looking for a coach for your child/teen, make sure they have a working with children check and the appropriate qualifications. Only select a coach that has completed their ADHD specialist training: https://www.adhdcoachesaustralasia.online/
